Bill and I followed the spares vehicle and got to see a bunch of the race. It was great to see all the tactics and how a team of six plus guys never chased any attacks but left it up to Haydn ... So, although the shots near the finish line left a bit to be desired, the country towns around Tamworth are really cute. This was a little gift shop along the route. Bill and I stopped for a "cappucino" from the general store just next door. It is in quotes because it was cool to luke warm frothed milk with a hint of coffee flavor. You can't win 'em all. The gift shop was great though, as was sitting in the sun, on a Sunday, in the country, watching a good bike race.
